I have noticed that the death rates in the USA are actually quite low during this pandemic. Does that mean that the American healthcare system is actually good? I have only heard bad things about it from the media, but it seems to be doing a lot better than say Italy. Or is it just that the virus is currently spread out over the whole country and not in any one particular place yet so the hospitals are not super overwhelmed?
