Hello. I am a junior that is majoring in a Bachelors of Health Promotion at University of Georgia. I am graduating next year (hopefully) and am going to do a summer internship. As of now, I have been set on getting an MPH in Health Promotion in the fall of 2022 (since after I graduate from my BSHP), I will take a gap year to get some work experience. Now, I am having doubts on if I even want an MPH, because ever since last year, I have been also set on getting my MPH at Georgia State University. Georgia State is expensive, either way for their MPH or MHA. I heard that MHA pays more than in MPH (in Health Policy). I am leaning a little bit more to MHA because they work in clinics, consulting, nursing homes, or rehabilitation facilities.I would do the MPH in Health Policy because I want to help those in my community for the betterment of their health lifestyle but it does not pay that much compared to an MHA. And I don't know what grad school I am thinking about going to. If you have any suggestions, then please feel free to tell me.
