Why do some rich people still get Medical/ssi benefits for free?

I am 37 yrs old, income every month is around $3k. I have to pay for my family healthcare $500/mo ( very expensive for my income) and $1,500 rent a house...Owned a super old nissan 1996. I known that some people who have same my income but they covered by Medical and pay zero money every month, include Food Stamp, finacial Aid... They even bought a brand new expensive house for $800,000 in cash and owned expensive car also. I wondering why does goverment spend alot of tax dollars for them while we working hard day by day and get nothing benefits. Whats going on? Our life went down many years bcz them!
