[Question - Insurance] Undocumented wife is pregnant

I’m a U.S citizen wife is undocumented we been married for 2 years and wife is now pregnant. Healthcare.gov states “Undocumented immigrants aren’t eligible to buy Marketplace health coverage, or for premium tax credits and other savings on Marketplace plans. But they may apply for coverage on behalf of documented individuals.” Meaning in order for her to get insurance I would have to get it first? How would I get her insurance if she doesn’t have a social security number?
