I filled out the form online. In the meantime I have a simple question. I am already borderline on the annual limit of $16,000. There are three months left in the year.
I will have little to no income the next three months while I am at school. Do they only look at annual income or do they also look at special circumstances?
What if someone made 20k the first three months of the year but then lost their job. Would they not qualify for the rest of the year?
