[Question - Insurance] If I owned a business what would be the easiest/best way to put my whole family on a full healthcare plan?

If I were to own a business what would be the best way to go about putting my parents, children, nieces/nephews all on one healthcare plan that could provide the best coverage available? Or would it be better to purchase a plan not through the business but separately on its own, while also including all of the following people?
