[Question - Insurance] I received a TDAP and Flu shot at CVS (in network) and was told shots were not covered and paid out of pocket. Later found out my insurance covers these as preventitive benefits. What are my options for reimbursement?

I had to get a TDAP and flu shot this morning as I am going to see my sister with a newborn for Christmas later today. I did not have time to go to a doctor so I went to CVS, which is in network with my BCBS PPO plan. They told me my shots were not covered by my plan so I had no choice but to pay out of pocket. I went on my insurance plan website and later found these are listed as covered preventive care benefits. I tried calling as well, but customer service is closed. I am at a loss why they were not covered at CVS?

What are my options for dealing with the insurance company to get them to reimburse me for these shots? Do I have to submit a manual claim? If anyone else has dealt with this before I would appreciate your advice.
