[DISCUSSION] It seems to me the obesity crisis could probably be greatly reduced if there were a major tax credit (or EIC) that is reversely proportional to the taxpayer's (and dependents') waist size - and it would probably pay for itself in reduced Medicaid expenditures - what is your opinion?
