[Question - Insurance] moving out of parents, do I need a new plan or can I remain on their plan until the next open enrollment?

As it says in the title, I'm going to be moving out of my parents house soon, and I want to make sure that I have health insurance. I'm not sure how enrollment works outside of open enrollment.

Does moving a short distance qualify as a qualifying event?
