While in the navy I was diagnosed with

Right before I left the navy when I was doing my check out with the va and such I guess while in I had obtained a mild lumbar spinal compression.

I am 23 at this point is there really anything I should be worried about. Seems I am 23 are there preventative messages I can take to keep it from getting worse were I may need surgical intervention.

I have not mentioned any of this to my civilian doctor yet I have been out for 8 months now and been so busy it just passed right over my head.

Any professional or experience related advice would be amazing!
