ACA/ObamaCare fine

Newly elected President trump has already taken steps to repeal the ACA. What I'm wondering about is the fine. I got the notice from the IRS that I'll be fined X amount of money. Should I wait to file my taxes and see if they do away with the individual mandate? Or is it a forgone conclusion that I will be fined this year?
