I've been out of school for 7 years, and have a bachelor's of arts. I've never worked in the medical field, I have about 6 years experience in consulting, sales, and business development.
My girlfriend is a nurse practitioner and recommended that I can possibly break into this field with an MHA. How critical is prior experience in the health care industry? Is it mostly RNs that move up?
