Anyone else off essential oils?
I tried them for about 5 years, DIY products, in purchased products, and aromatherapy. After my own use and reading from more earth-connected people, I've gone off essential oils. It takes hundreds of pounds of plant material for our tiny bottle. Where did that plant grow and what did it absorb (via the soil, water it was given, etc). I get headaches if I breathe in too much oil at once. Since many are antimicrobial, they mess with our gut/body flora. Essential oils are also a modern invention that still require lots of processing, so I can't even say it's "natural" with good conscience.
Anyone else also having these doubts/observations?
