[Question - Other] What CRM does your healthcare (hospitals/pharmaceuticals/ insurance) business use? What state are you in?

I'm starting offshore boutique software development and network integration services for - not sure about audience, choices are 1)healthcare 2)pharmaceuticals 3) insurance. Im also not sure about the speciality in environment (Oracle, Salesforce, etc).

So goal is to find an easy entry point. I'm still on the research phase.
