His name is Eben Weiss, but most cyclists know him better as Bike Snob, a lacerating blogger and book author who has spent a decade taking aim at everything from the absurdity of fixie culture and the consumerist excess of roadies to the overearnest nature of racing fans and the slippery charm of Mario Cipollini.

MassHealth alongside job insurance?

Hello, my newborn is covered by my employer insurance that already covers me and my wife. The insurance is paid 100% by my employer. I live in Massachusetts with an L-1 Visa and my son is born here in US. Now, we have taken my son to pediatric visits without problems until now. Today the clinic call me saying that they won't accept my private insurance anymore and they suggest me to get(upgrade) to MassHealth. My question is, can I have MassHealth alongside my private insurance? If yes what will happen? I'm the only working, are there any income limitations? What are the pro and cons? This could have an impact on a future green card application?

Thanks in advance.

Wash with lavender Dr. Bronner's and African Black Soap, tone with rosewater and ACV--do I need a moisturizer?

I live in a dorm room and I think something might be wrong with our water (if I fill a cup with water and let it stand, the water is clearly grey). Since being back on campus, I have started breaking out in spots on my body and face (on my face it's near my nose, above my eyebrow, and on my cheekbones). I don't know how to combat the water issue, but here is my routine:

  1. Wash morning and most nights with African Black Soap and Lavender Dr. Bronner's soap
  2. Tone with Heritage brand rosewater and ACV (1/2 ACV 1/2 distilled water)
  3. Occasionally, I will spot treat the water bumps/pimples with tea tree oil and aloe vera, but I hate doing this because it burns really, really badly. I don't think I am allergic to either product, as I use them all over my body, but on my face they burn.

Should I be using a moisturizer? Sometimes I'll put shea butter on my chin, but I fear clogging my sores. Any suggestions?
