Hello, my newborn is covered by my employer insurance that already covers me and my wife. The insurance is paid 100% by my employer. I live in Massachusetts with an L-1 Visa and my son is born here in US. Now, we have taken my son to pediatric visits without problems until now. Today the clinic call me saying that they won't accept my private insurance anymore and they suggest me to get(upgrade) to MassHealth. My question is, can I have MassHealth alongside my private insurance? If yes what will happen? I'm the only working, are there any income limitations? What are the pro and cons? This could have an impact on a future green card application?
Thanks in advance.
